In return we ask you to show us the same value of character when dealing with any issues that may arise during your shopping experience with us. We're all human and mistakes happen, but we will do our utmost to correct any issues whether it is our fault or not. :)

REFUND, RETURN & EXCHANGE PROCESS

REFUNDS

If you are eligible for a product refund or return then you need to fill in our form below.
Please note: A product can only be refunded if it's returned to us within a period of 7 days. After that we can not refund your product, but an exchange of the same value will be available should you still choose to return the original product that was bought.

RETURNS

Should your products be damaged in any way after delivery we will be happy to assist in returning of the product. Please fill in this form to quicken the return process and we will get back to you as soon as we can.If you are returning a damaged product then please remember to take a photo of the product and upload it in the form below.​ Take note that the customer is liable for shipping costs when returning a product to us for any reason whatsoever.

COURIER SHIPPING TERMS

Once the items have been picked up by the courier we can not take responsibility for failure of delivery or product damage of any sort. The responsibility falls on the customer to communicate the delivery terms with the courier. We will not refund any orders that were not received by the customer due to communication errors between the recipient and courier service.

We need good quality photos to make the return of your product quicker and smoother.
