In-stock items ship in 3–5 business days; on custom pieces manufacturing takes 3–4 weeks after the design has been finalised. Express delivery is available in South Africa.

Does Keeva ship internationally?

Yes, we are able to ship internationally. Please contact us with your country, address and personal details and we will arrange it for you personally.

What is Keeva’s return and exchange policy?

Every Keeva piece is crafted with care and thoroughly checked before it leaves our studio, so it’s very rare that a customer isn’t delighted with their order. In the unlikely event that there is a manufacturing defect, we’ll do our best to resolve it quickly and fairly. Please note that custom-made and engraved pieces are final sale, and we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, although we will happily repair any custom-made item free or charge. Return shipping of any item will be on the customer's cost. For all other products, returns are only possible if a genuine defect is found, and once we’ve confirmed the piece is in its original, unaltered condition. Your happiness means the world to us, and our team is always here to assist you with any concerns.
