We try to be very transparent, honest, honourable and open minded when it comes to our customer service and we want you to be happy and satisfied with your products and our service! In return we ask you to show us the same value of character when dealing with any issues that may arise during your shopping experience with us. We're all human and mistakes happen, but we will do our utmost to correct any issues whether it is our fault or not :).

REFUNDS

Please fill in the form below for to expedite the process of your refund or return.

Please note: A product can only be refunded if it's returned to us within a period of 7 days. After that we can not refund your product, but an exchange of the same value will be available should you still choose to return the original product that was bought.

COURIER SHIPPING TERMS

Once the items have been picked up by the courier we can not take responsibility for failure of delivery or product damage of any sort. The responsibility falls on the customer to communicate the delivery terms with the courier. We will not refund any orders that were not received by the customer due to communication errors between the recipient and courier service.

RETURNS

Should your products be damaged in any way after delivery we will be happy to assist in returning of the product. Please fill in this form to quicken the return process and we will get back to you as soon as we can.

If you are returning a damaged product then please remember to take a photo of the product and upload it in the form below.

Take note that the customer is liable for shipping costs when returning a product to us for any reason whatsoever.

TAKING PHOTOS

We need good quality photos to make the return of your product quicker and smoother.

  • Make sure there is enough light!

  • It has to be in focus.

  • Take at least one close up and one un-cropped photo of each product you want to return.

RETURNS POLICY

KEEVA TRENDS RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY

  1.  Circumstances in which Returns and/or Exchanges are allowed

    1. We permit returns and/or exchanges in the following instances:

      1. The incorrect product has been delivered to you.

      2. The product delivered to you is damaged or defective.

  2. When a Return and/or Exchange needs to be initiated

    1. Returns and/or exchanges need to be initiated within five days of delivery of the product having been delivered to you.

  3. The choices you have upon Returning the Product

    1. When a product is returned to us you can:

      1. Have the amount refunded to you.

      2. Have the product replaced/exchanged.

  4. How a Return and/or Exchange is initiated

    1. All returns and/or exchanges shall be initiated by completing the form at https://www.keeva.co.za/shipping-returns on or website setting out:

      1. the reason for the return.

      2. whether you would like a refund or a replacement.

  5.  Condition of the Product Returned 

    1. In returning the product to us, the following shall apply. The product needs to be:

      1. Unused.

      2. In the original packaging.

      3. Packaged and wrapped correctly and safely by you.

  6.  Manner of Return

    1. We will require you to return the product to our offices at the following address: 15 4Th Ave, Parkhurst, Randburg, Johannesburg, Gauteng, 2193

  7. What will happen once a Product is returned

    1. Once returned, and subject to a product inspection, you will either receive a refund or a replacement, as per your preference.

  8. Product Inspection

    1. Once returned, and prior to accepting such return, we will be permitted to inspect the product.

    2. Should the product in our reasonable discretion not be suited to be returned, we shall not be obliged to accept such return.
